Support for common variables

You can now define _CVAR common variables that are global between main-line programs and web subroutines.

Support for include syntax

You can use _INCLUDE to include definition items.  This is especially useful to create _CVAR blocks that are shared between a number of programs and subroutines in an application

Calling variable subroutine names

You can now use variables in additional to constant string in calling web subroutines.  This permits data-driven subroutine links. This change does require that you add quote characters around existing subroutine names.

Setting timeout lengths

You can now control the length of web persistent state timeouts if the default two hours is not ideal for your application.

Support for local subroutines

You can now call local subroutines with _GOSUB.
